I agreed via WhatsApp the time to fix a fountain, when I got there the person wasn't there.
Sometimes the service leaves something to be desired. They look at the person and offer the cheapest option. Not all options, that bothers me a little.
Ps: It didn't just happen to me.
Service IN THE STORE was good, but after leaving my device for a quote for 10 days, they didn't respond on WhatsApp, I had to insist a lot, and then they still responded with disregard, and they didn't even touch my device and found it unrepaired and said there was no point in looking for parts, I took it to another dealership and they said the problem would be resolved! They say they don't specialize in 3x1 repairs so don't keep it, there are other stores that are and can do the repairs, the device wasn't even opened, how did they know which part they were going to ask the supplier for??? All of this is very strange... (Updated) I took it to a competitor very close by, they immediately said they would be able to fix it, yes, it took a week for it to be ready and with a guarantee... Anyway, I don't recommend the establishment!
